Based in Richmond, Virginia, Mrs. Claus With A Cause is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to providing comfort, connection, and emotional support to children experiencing illness, trauma, or crisis, bringing joy, kindness, and the spirit of Christmas throughout the year.

Through our Pediatric Comfort Outreach, we support medically fragile children through hospital visits, hospice care, residential programs, and partnerships with community organizations. Looking ahead, our 2026 goal is to launch a Disaster Comfort & Care Response program to support children in disaster recovery environments with calm, care, and emotional reassurance.
